Jimbo, down here in Kentucky, we call that SNURT!
That’s snow and dirt, all mixed up! A brief rain will clean all your snurt piles up and make them shiny! But they turn back to snurt very quickly!!!! Enough rain will make your snurt piles totally go away, but with snurt piles that high, it would be with great consquence!
