Chillin’.

Here is my view from the stool at the bar of the American Legion Post near the House by the Parkway (South) that I occupied last night.

Yes, that is a genuine (mine) dog tag that appears in the picture.

This retirement thing agrees with me.

    Nope. No smoking, even in a members-only place like the Legion. We live in a Nanny State.

  4. You CAN smoke, but the bar has to call itself a “Smoking Club” or something like that.

    One of the last few restaurants in the area, “The Side Bar” in Morristown, NJ recently cleaned up their act and got rid of their cigar bar. It’s a damned shame. (Not that I’m a smoker, but it was nice to find a place where one could light up a stogie)
