A Jersey Guy’s Obit.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 5:48 pm

This is a real obituary. I wish I would have known this gentleman, but, based on the information in the second column, I probably ran into him once or twice. May he rest in peace, and may there be plenty of cold beer.

Thanks to Pita for the heads up.

  4. I understand the “economic impact” part. When my ex and I split and moved away from the small town we had live in for 10 years, I did some calculations just for the heck of it. It was kind of shocking to add up an approximate of our bar bills and restaurant tabs from that time. It doesn’t seem like much on a daily basis, but over time…I’d say we did our fair share to keep those businesses alive and put their kids through college! Oy!

  6. We have a Tiki Bar in Denver, I believe I’ll go down and raise a glass in Mr. Delany’s memory.

  7. Thanks, Jimbo, and thanks, John, for giving me one more reason to raise a cold one tonight.
