Inner Sanctum.
I’m way too tired to come up with anything readworthy, so I thought I would give you a peek into one corner of the writing chamber at the House by the Parkway. The guitar is a Gibson Dreadnaught that is probably older than most of the peeps reading this post.
The tour is concluded. The bus will depart in fifteen minutes.
…. you misunderstand, Great One….. shit like this is exactly what we want to see…. it is a window to your soul……. and hey, that is one sweet guitar…..

Okay, I’m with Mary. The guitar is cool, but the books!!!

The books look just like the bound Playboys that I’ve seen in houses that may or may not belong to a parent of mine.
Just sayin’.

Are those Cliff Notes I see? Have you no shame?

Oo…….books! Nice big, thick, hardbound…what’s not to like?

That looks a lot like my own inner sanctum. Very cool.

I have the same exact dictionary on my desk at work. The newer dictionaries aren’t all that good.
It makes my nose itch whenever I open it up, though.
I’ve always wanted a wall of books. I have the books, not the well(yet).
Nice picture. 🙂

Hey, Erica. Nothing wrong with Cliff Notes, as long as you actually READ the book, too. They will help with understanding themes and motifs in the book. Or so my English Teacher wife has told me.

I’m with everyone else… Love the guitar. Very cool. Holy crap, what great books!!!

A house without books is a house without a soul.
I am pleased (but not surprised) to see that your house has a soul. Looks like a warm, inviting corner of the world: music to play and listen to, and books to read.

I am with Eric.
BTW, my sons and husband would drool over that guitar!
