More Jersey Swill.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 8:59 pm

Over the years I have written about the Jersey Political Swamp until my fingers have damned near bled. Despite the festering pustule that is Jersey politics, nothing —nothing seems to change.

I give you the latest specimen of fetid political glop that has percolated to the surface.

Sure, he resigned (while pretending he’s nuts), but nothing will change. The Democrat party could put Daffy Duck in his place and ol’ Daffy would be swept into office.

We may have 126 miles of sandy beaches, but we also have 126 miles of Stupid.

  1. I think the kicker in the story is so bril: “The people of New Jersey deserve a Legislature that is untainted by scandal.” I mean, come on. Surely that was meant to be humorous / ironic, right?

The other somewhat funny, but not so funny, but still kinda funny anyways thing is that, in May, when the Vito Fossella scandal broke in Brooklyn, and I had written a nothing 2-3 sentence post about it, Bou left me a comment: “‘…My first thought when I heard this? Heh. And NY deftly lobs it into the court of NJ.’ Let’s see what NJ hits back to NY.”

I responded back to her, “Just you wait, Jersey never fails to disappoint.” I’m guessing that this latest thing was that volley. Amazing, innit? Like we’re all a buncha freakin’ Nostradamuses. I’m sure someone in Brooklyn will now confess to having their way with puppies and guinea pigs, or some other kooky stuff.

  4. 126 miles of sandy beaches, huh? That ain’t nothing. Here in Florida we have millions of sonny beaches.and if you added up their feet I have no doubt that it would make more than 126 miles…
