That Toddlin’ Town.
“The senate seat ‘is a fucking valuable thing, you just don’t give it away for nothing.'”
The foregoing is from page 56 of the 78-page criminal complaint (*pdf file) against Rod. Blagojevich and John Harris.
If even half of what is alleged in this indictment is provable beyond a reasonable doubt, I hope this low-life spends at least the next twenty years in a federal lockup.
Here I was thinking that New Jersey held the trophy for having elected the most detestable Governor ever.
Somebody’s a-goin’ to jail
Somebody’s a-goin’ to jail
There’s been a massive outbreak
A massive outbreak o’ FAIL

Geesh, with all this effort that first New York and now Illinois are putting in to out-scuzz Jersey in the Governor Department…makes me scared to think what Corzine may have up his sleaze, er, sleeve, I mean, to retain the title for us!

And of course the democrats want us to believe that Obama is not mixed up in the crooked politics of Illinois. Yeah, they do…

I tried to tell you dude. Illinois is UGLY for politics.
Y’all just flaunt your shit more.
But yeah….he’s doin’ time. And I’m thrilled. He more than deserves it.
Now, if we can just stop that plan he started to close down the historical sites……wonder how much he was makin’ on that deal?

Obama when he was informed of the Good Governors situation asked his staff to make room under the Bus for the governor he never met or really never heard of.
Hope! Change! Same old Chicago BS!

If it truly isn’t free, what was the price to get Obamm-bamm in it?

I’m not really sure that McGreevey is scuzzier than Corzine is. Close call, that one is.

I’m not quite sure you get it.
Politicians are pretty much all assholes and scuzzbuckets. The only differences are style…and the degree of blatancy.
I once was talking with a friend who had had political aspirations…aspirations that went down in flames when Charles Robb, his mentor, got caught up in a stupid sexual scandal…years before Monicagate. I asked him why Robb would risk a promising future in politics for a lousy blow job. It didn’t make sense to me.
His answer: “Politicians? They all take the blow jobs. Not all of ’em get caught.”

Um… I believe I’ve been trying to tell you that for quite a long time… Heh.
