Speaking of Judy Garland (I also have 20+ Judy records, too), have you ever heard of Jim Bailey? He’s THE best Judy Garland impersonator, ever. Check this out: He nails her completely, doing “Old Man River,†from when she had her variety show. They don’t have good stuff like that on TV these days (she says as she tunes into “American Dad.â€)
