Citibank – Shittybank.

Filed under: Uncategorized — Jim @ 10:48 pm

The time I had wanted to use to do a bit of blogging tonight went down the rat hole of running “Mr. Snowblower” (6 ½ inches of snow in farookin’ April!), shoveling a ton of wet snow from the deck, and writing a six page mondo-snotty missive to the dumbshits at Shittybank who screwed up my fancy-schmancy Master Card Account, which I might add, bears the imprimatur of the American Bar Association. These form letter sending, incompetent buffoons have been screwing around with my cruller for quite some time now, and I finally have had it. If any of you are solicited by Shittybank to obtain one of its credit cards, do yourself a huge favor. RUN AWAY!!!

  1. i am an ex citibank employee. i was employed at citi as a customerservice and sales rep at the time of the settlement. we were told not to yell the cardmembers that the refund was placed to their accounts due to the questionable billing practices of citicards. they all but admitted to us that they were at fault. if i were you i would sever my relationship with citibank at once, just to make sure that you don’t get scammed.

  2. ShittyBank has failed at tasks that once seemed impossible to fail at. Their customer service (both the one answered by imcompetent jerks in the U.S. or incoherent ones overseas) are composed of complete pigheads. So far, they have cashed a check to my account that was NOT IN MY NAME, refused to give me a receipt of a wire transfer I made for “security purposes” and claimed they could do nothing to correct a mistake their system made. Due to that mistake, I cannot make a wire transfer for the next 14 days…all because their employee told me I should press a certain button. Imbeciles.
So incompetent, yet they keep expanding.
Please, let’s all avoid this bank and their preschool-educated employee base.
